We had a great meeting at Collinsville. It was very well attended. The Tail Gate Tool Swapping at the meeting was very busy with a good assortment of tools changing hands. The Collins Axe Company displays of tools, axes, blacksmith shop and train layout were great!
The Frozen Tool Swap Meeting was voted on and approved by the membership at the meeting. Andrew Sistrand has put a deposit down on Lakeview Lodge in Bethany, Connecticut, on Rt. 42, off Rt 63, connecting with Rt 8 & Rt 15. The Date will be Sunday January 12, 2020, snow date Sunday Jan.19. Sign-ups for buying tables at $15 each will take place at our September 22 meeting in Thomaston at the Railroad Museum of New England, or call me at 203-415-9982.
